Everything we do is aimed at empowering you to use techniques when confronted, in a practical situation, if you have to defend yourself. 

We focus on defending against common attacks like: hook punches, slaps, grabs, bear hugs, chokes, kicks, knife attacks, baseball bats.

Free style sparring using techniques learned from kihon and kata. 


Very energetic, fast moving, trains reactions and a good opportunity to let your competitive side out.
